При запуске компьютера дело доходит загрузки windows потом идет перезагрузка пробовал пере устанавливать ос пишет что произошла не предвиденая ошибка

Всем привет,помогите плиз, у меня чсто перезагружается комп, точнее он виснит, и появляется "синий экран смерти" на котором написано:

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down prevent damage to you computer
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps.
Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. If this is a new installation, ask you hardware or software manufacturer for any windows updates might need.
If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. Disable BIOS mempry to use safe mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select Advaced Startup Options, and then select Safe mode.

Disable BIOS mempry to use safe mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select Advaced Startup Options, and then select Safe mode.Или память проверь.

Перезагрузись-придерживай клавишу F8-входи в систему под Safe Mode.Не получиться,тогда греши на память.

Тогда проверь,правильно ли установлены проги и дрова в диспетчере устройств.
